- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First off, our family usually only takes our pets to Den Herder Veterinary Hospital in Waterloo. Being that this was somewhat of an emergency, my sister decided to call this clinic as it is closer to her. Upon the initial inquiry regarding her two cats, she was told that the Veterinarian would not be in until tomorrow, and would most likely not take a look at the animals unless there was a, and I quote, "actual problem". In my opinion, this is a shoddy place to take your animals. My sister called Den Herder Clinic this morning and they were just as helpful as usual. We will continue to take all of our animals to them, as it is obviously a classier establishment. Does anyone know who to contact on the validity and credentials of the so-called "Vet" who doesn't like to apparently waste time looking at the animals that he is supposed to help when they are sick???August 17, 2017by Elyse Garcia
